Facetime is bundled with your iPad and does not need to be downloaded (nor can it be). If you don't see the Facetime app on your iPad, then one of the following is probably the case:
- the Facetime app has been inadvertently moved to another Home screen or dropped into a folder. If a search doesn't turn it up, try resetting the Home Screen in Settings/General/Reset
- Facetime has been disabled in Settings/General/Restrictions
- Your iPad was originally sold in the UAE or Saudi Arabia where the governments require Apple to block Facetime in the iPad hardware. If that is the case, there will be no way you will be able to activate Facetime on your iPad.
Regards.
