how do i go about asking for a refund for an in-app purchase made in error.

i bought an in-app non-exchangable item on 'Monopoly Hotels', thinking I was logged into my 'Orgin-based game, only to find I wasn't so my purchase went through onto an account I no longer have access to. How do I go about getting a refund?

I've tried asking EA Games (the developers) if they would be willing to refund me but I have yet to receive a reply.

I've tried coming through here via the 'Report A Problem' link but got nothing relating to a refund or how to get one.
