bug in app store, genius tab

Hello,

I've erased my iPad recently, a couple of times. I do initial configs, enable "genius" on the app store, and I can never scroll while on "genius". It works fine on featured, top chards, etc. Just on "genius" it gets locked and no scroll happens.

iPad 2, 16 wifi, iOS 6.1.3

Anyone get the same behaviour?
