Credit card declined although no credit card on account?

Alright so just one day I couldn't sync my iPod to my computer to put an app on it and I cannopt download from App Store. My billing info was changed and now I cannot download anything and says Credit Card info was declined. I have tried selecting "none" again but it did not work. Never used a debit card on here.  Anyone? Thanks.

App appeared in update list although never purchased

Recently, motionx GPS drive appeared in my update list although I never purchased it.  Happened on my iPhone as well.  Pressing update reports that the app can't be updated because it was never purchased.  So, it stays in the update list and can no longer use the update all feature.  Is there any solution to this or am I doomed to have it there forever?
