Try clearing Safari, then close it completely and reset your iPad.

Go to Settings>Safari>Clear Cookies and Data.

In order to close Safari, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.

Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Airprint won't see the printer even though the Epson printerfinder App was installed and sees the printer.

Uploaded all the latest firmware, printer is on and visible to the Ipad app, Epson printer finder.  But the printer is not visible to Airprint under the 'Notes' app.

To sync my mom's iPad, iTunes is saying I need to uninstall and reinstall the 64-bit version, but that is the version I already installed. Thoughts?

I am trying to upgrade the iOS on her 1st generation iPad, but I can't even get iTunes to recognize her iPad.  When I plug the iPad in, iTunes gives me a popup that says "This iPad cannot be used because the required software is not installed.  Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes."  The thing is, I have already went through the troubleshooter's steps of restarting the iPad, restarting my computer, uninstalling all my Apple software, verifying the files were deleted, and then reinstalling iTunes.  And yes, I installed the 64-bit version of iTunes.  I have a PC running 64-bit Windows 7.  Any thoughts?  All are appreciated!

It would be much easier to plug a flash drive in the clients machine with the server app on the drive. It would also allow me to have the Windows version of the server app as well as the Mac version on flash drives.
