I need to visualize a document attached on a pdf file on an iPad. Is there any application to do that ?

Yes. Quite a few actually.

Starting with Apple's own iBooks App, I also see many recomendations for Goodreader, and Adobe's own PDF Reader.  Just to name a few. Look for them in the App Store. iBooks and Adobe reade are free.  You can also search the App Store for other alternatives.

Also for most PDF's the Mail App can open them directly.

Retrieval, un delete, lost files, missing data, document recovery?

No question, just a statement.

I am absolute appalled that there's no way to retrieve accidentally deleted files.  ...and No! We customers shouldn't be pressured to join a 'Cyber-box' for security or retrieval of our data. I am fine with storing my file on my iPad or Mac.  Nor should you create an unwarranted need to upload files to the same. One simple reason... no WiFi.

It's been 2 years Apple... (I refer to your "latest reply: Jul 2, 2011 8:41 AM by Chris Betcher"). This is a serious oversight on the part of the iOS design team.

Recovering Lost Pages Document After iPad Battery Dies?

I finished a very important college project yesterday night. I saved it, it was finished, everything was great - then my iPad battery died. No big deal, I plugged it in to charge overnight. This morning, I started my iPad2 back up to see that many Pages documents I purposefully deleted yesterday have magically re-appeared and my college project is gone. I've shut down my iPad and restarted it (I usually just leave it on sleep with my Smart Cover and never shut it off). Unfortunately, nothing has changed and my project is still gone. Through the Pages app, I sent it from my iPad to my personal email address on Gmail, but it isn't in my inbox, spam, or any other folder that it could have been sent to. I know that I saved it on my iPad. Is there any way I could possibly recover this? Thank you for your help.
