Forgot Security Answers, THEY BLOCKED MY APPLE ID , plz help!
I tried to purchase an app, bcs this is my first time it asked me some security questions. I didnt remember the answers since i registered the account in 2008. Now my ID is blocked because i entered a wrong answers many times, and i dont have a rescue email address. i cant receive a call from apple support because im not in the us and they dont have the ability to send an email nor chat with an expert. What should i do

FORGOT SECURITY QUESTIONS
I got a personal computer and when I went to purchase something, it asked me for the security question answers. We all had forgotten so I went onto Appleid and went to passwords and security but it would allow me to reset or anything. PLEASE HELP!

Forgot pass code it's My child's pad trying to access restrictions.
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
You may have to force iPad into Recovery Mode
