Re: my ipad is disable and is telling me to connect to itunes and i dont own a personal computer. However; i have made major itunes purchases and i dont want to lose any my music and info. please help

There is no way around it. You have to restore your iPad now. You still need access to a computer or an iOS device of some type in order to use Find My iPhone so that you can wipe the device and start all over again.

If you have an iCloud backup, you may be able to restore from that after you activate the device again. You will be able to download most of your paid content again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID.
