iPad sweep down stocks notifications

I've got an iPad 64GB wifi model which is only about a year old. I've also got a new iPod Touch. On the iPod Touch the sweep down menu works fine which displays stocks & shares along with other information, however my iPad displays everything but stock and shares information, how can I get it to show stocks and shares information?

Thanks,

Simon.

Getting rid of notifications for iOS 6 apps on iPad 1

It's a minor thing, but I'm getting tired of seeing the little red number on the side of the App Store icon. Things like Cooking Mama Seasons require iOS 6.0 or later, but the iPad 1 can't get later iOS updates. So they are notifying me that they are due for update, but they can't be updated.

Is there any way to get rid of this notification other than deleting the app?

Getting rid of notifications for iOS 6 apps on iPad 1

Unfortunately, no. There's no support for 'don't want that update, make it go away'

you just have to ignore it, or like you said, remove the app
