I cannot get my ipad or iphone to recognize itunes match that is set up on my Mac. Same id and password so not sure what I am not doing correctly. When I attempt to turn it on the devices they both respond that I am not subscribed but I am .....help?

I have just bought an apple TV. Viewing photos on the ipad portrait photos are viewed correctly (ie automatically rotated). Using Apple tv the portrait photos are horizontal (ie landscape) on the television. How do I correct this anomaly? Thanks
