If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

When I select what my slider must do under settings>General

It gives the wrong icon in my slider.

If I say it must mute , it gives me the rotation lock icon and

if I put it to rotation lock it gives me the mute icon.

How do I resolve the problem of signing in to iMessage when it is saying apple ID or password is wrong while however the ID and password are valid?

I had set iMessage up on my ipad before. I stopped 3g Internet access on it for a few months. When I bounced back to continue the use access on it through wifi,i had forgotten my password. this led me to reset the password. I have been using my itunes account sine but iMessage is complaining that my ID or password is wrong.

 

I am still using the same ID though, so the problem should be the new password which is functional on iTunes.

 

I don't know why I cannot sign in to iMessage.

Wrong cover artwork on iOS.

I have a huge issue or problem with home sharing on any iOS device. When i view or browse my iTunes content on my MacBook Pro, everything looks perfect and show does it on my Apple Tv.

 

But whenever i want to watch a tv show or movie from my iTunes library on either my iPad or iPhone through the Video app. All cover artwork is displayed incorrectly.

 

I've had this problem for as long as i have had my iPad. I was hopping that Apple might have fixed this huge bug when updating to iTunes 11.

 

Does anyone have a fix for this... Super annoying. Almost makes the video app useless.
