why is it taking so long to see my purchases when using ituens on my ipad 3? It just sits there with a circle going round for ages.

using the ituens icon on my ipad I am trying to see what I have purchased and maybe download a film or album from my purchased items to watch or listen to again.  The circle just sits there going round all the time regardless of what router I'm plugged up to on wifi.

Its like something is running really slowly.  I can go to stroe and apps store ok.  its just the purchases screen is taking for ever.

I can't be the only one with this problem and I certainly don't have a huge library by any standards.

Anyone had this problem or have a solution?

I have been taking notes on my ipad for 2 hours. Accidently copied

I have lost a doc i typed for 2 hours as notes when accidentally copied and cut all. But when i pressed paste an old like was pasted and my document disappeared. Can i find it in an draft/archive somewhere?

The problem with this is that it can happen because of a lot of factors. The only thing I would ask of Apple, if they can't find any specific cause, is to report better that "Other" space. This would allow people to single out an app or blame the operating system.

I had this problem with an iPad 3rd Gen, contacted Apple for support and actually got my iPad replaced. Since then I didn't have the same problem but I've added a second iOS device to the same iCloud account.

I'm just saying that I cannot say for 100% certainty that the iPad was faulty. I believe my problem had something to do with iCloud caching and having two devices can help invalidate each other's cache thus not allowing them to accumulate big amounts of cache.

I'd suggest people to contact Apple support if they can so they can get help. They were very helpful with me through all the process.
