You will need to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes, and you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
You should then be able to reset the iPad, and then restore to your last backup or just resync your content to it.

It is very hard to hunt for the paid iTune apps all the day long.I have received iTune gifts from my brother from London and it can not be redeemed from Pakistan.
Since there exists no facility in Pakistan to buy apps directly and I have to use the latest apps in the capacity of an independent inventor.
I don't see any problem to make it safe, simple and easy

Does ITunes have any policy regarding applications advertising, purchasing ???? , It seems to me, that I tune is not supporting and representing its customers accordingly. I have purchased several applications that claims to be MS Excel Office compatible, and capable of manipulating Office document which I tried it and within two hours and I requested a refund for one of them, as the apps did not do what advertised. Got an answer from ITunes support and I was told that refund. Is not available, Is ITunes abetting and selling untested and non functioning apps.. ?? I think a customer within a predetermined amount of time and a valid reason, should have a choice to be refunded if so they wishes especially if and when, an Apps doesn't feet the reason of purchases ( almost every country around the globe enjoy and adhere to some customer care and support, but not ITunes with their draconian way of doing business) . I have purchased a lot of apps from ITunes and just deleted when not working I am getting annoyed of losing money and not receiving adequate support from ITunes, It seem to me that ITunes believe to be above the law Where in Itune does CUSTOMER SUPPORT................Exist .........
Hi all,
In my household we have 4 ipads & 3 iphones. 3 ipads are for my kids (4,8,10), I have 1 ipad and 2 iphones and my wife's has 1 iphone. 3 ipads and 2 iphone are sync'd to my itunes account and 1 ipad and iphone is sync'd to my wife's itunes account. As you can imagine its hard for me to handle all the devices and two separate accounts on two different desktops (my wife and kids are not there yet with technology). I have decided to purchase one desktop to manage all the devices so here is my question.
Is it possible for me to transfer my wife's itunes purchases to my itunes account?
The reason we have separate accounts is simple, when we first became idevice users we didn't have any devices for the kids. for the first few years things were really simple she used her 1 iphone on her account and i used my 1 iphone on my account. now the kids are involved its become difficult to handle everything plus were having to pay double for some apps, music and kids movies.
Thanks for you advice.
Regards
