Is there an app for I-pad 1 where I can easily generate photo albums?

I am trying to create holiday photo albums from my photo gallery on the I-Pad 1. There appears to be an ideal app, I-Photos - but this is only for the iPad2?

Is there something as easy to use, without uploading lts of photos to another website?
