OK, you are going to have to do the following:

1. Sign on the Manage your Apple ID and change it back to the old ID that is still showing for your iCloud account (this is temporary). Do NOT verify it. Just change it and click Done:

2. Go to your device and delete the iCloud account: Settings>iCloud - scroll down to the bottom, click on Delete, type in your current password, and then follow the prompts to delete the iCloud account

3. Go back into Manage your Apple ID and change the ID back to the new Apple ID

4. Go back into Settings>iCloud and sign on with your new ID

You should be all set.

Follow these directions exactly as spelled out in the kb article. If you have already created an ID and used your email address, you will most likely need another working email address in order to create a new ID without a credit card.

It tells me to come here when I enter my billing info .... I made a purchase that was not paid for and I'm trying to pay for it now and it won't let me ....

Every single time I enter to itunes i have a problem, the error (-42110). And I can't sync my iPad or iPod, the sync stops in step numbre three. Please help!!

my littel kid enter the wrong password more than once then it locked my ipad how i open it again?

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

You may have to force iPad/iPod into Recovery Mode

I am trying to send one of my apple products away for repair, but I cannot enter my postcode (Australian postcode).

I am trying to send one of my apple products away for repair, but I cannot enter my postcode (Australian postcode). This is the error I get - "That postal code format is incorrect. Please try again." What should the postal code format be?
