Open photo stream, tap select, tap the photos to delete, tap the trash can.

Deleted videos still in iTunes

I set all my devices to manually manage so copy mp4 video files to my iPad and delete locally after I watch them. However, the deleted files still show in iTunes when I reconnect. The space usage seems to adjust appropriately on the iPad but I'm concerned the space isn't really freeing up and it could cause problems if I download something new. It's also a bit of a pain to have to delete every files twice. Is anyone else seeing this? Is there some setting I'm missing?

Thanks!!

I redeemed my $15 card but I bought something and it still said that there was $15 left

I bought two apps one was two dollars the other was one dollar then I bought a one roller song after redeeming my $15 iTunes gift card. But then I check back to see how much I have left and it said $15. If it makes a difference, I entered the code with my iPad's camera

Movie icon shows up on Apple TV with airplay but movie still plays on iPad

I rented a movie tonight on my iPAD (first generation, running iOS 5.1.1) and tried to use airplay to watch it via Apple TV.  The Airplay icon appears just fine and I can select Apple TV.  When I do that, on the TV, a small icon of the movie (just the movie poster) appears in the lower right hand corner, superimposed over the main Apple TV selection screen.  If we moved the cursor on Apple TV to "Computers", the movie icon appeared larger, in the upper right hand corner.  If we selected that, it went to a screen with just the movie poster and the time bar at the bottom.  The movie was playing on the iPAD but the time bar was running (with the movie poster) on the Apple TV.  It almost looked like the Apple TV was streaming to the iPAD instead of the reverse...

We reset, restarted, restored the Apple TV.  We rebooted the iPAD twice.  We reset the router as well.  The Apple TV is a second or third generation (bought it in fall of 2012).

Is the issue that my iPAD (and iOS) is just too old to work with the newer generation Apple TV (if that's the case, why did it appear to connect in such a weird way and just not play the movie)

Is something wrong with the Apple TV?

So frustrating.  This stuff drives me nuts.

Deleted photos still showing up in Preview

Has anyone ever tried to open "Preview" by itself without clicking on an image to open it and the popup screen popsup and asks which photo you want to open, select no image and just click open? It then opens a bunch of pictures that look like every picture that has ever been on my computer even deleted photos still show up when I click the button under the red X and change the view to Contact Sheet. How do I delete the phots I no longer need from my computer since they are still somewhere on my computer and there is no way to find where the file is located?

Backup doesn't finish yet still takes up space?

I'm trying to back up my iPad on my computer and back ups for me will only work on the local harddrive not an external. Now, it's been a long time since I've backed it up so it was taking a lot of time and space, but then it came up with the error that there isn't enough harddrive space for it to save so it just quits backing up.

But the thing that kills me is that I look on my capacity and it's been decreased incredibly (because it's still been saving some of my ipad's data) and since it never finished backing up fully I can't go into iTunes > Preferences > Backups and find it and delete the file because it's not there.

How can I find the data that it backed up on my Mac and how can I delete it? I'm so confused and now my Mac won't even work right because it literally has less than 10 mb of space.

I purchased more iCloud storage, but still cannot download tv shows I purchased. Ideas?

You will have to delete stuff from your iPad to make way for your TV Show.

Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what you don't need.

My ipad2 stopped accessing my movies via file sharing. My iPad3 still works. Has my iPad2 become obsolete?

I used to be able to access my movies at home via file sharing on my computer's iTunes. My ipad3 still works beautifully so I'm guessing something is up with my ipad2 that no longer works. This would be very annoying considering I use my ipad2 as my work iPad and I cannot swap with the kids ipad3 because it doesn't have 3G and therefore can't be use outside of wifi.
