1) i logged out of facebook BOTH on my iphone and on my computer

2) iphone settings --> facebook --> delete account

3) iphone settings --> facebook --> enter email (not phone number) and password

4) I no longer get the error message "cannot communicate with the server" in the iphone settings --> facebook screen

5) logged back into the facebook app

is it possible to change the defult alert time on the calendar setting to any other time but 9am ? thanks Edd

There is no default time for custom events. You can set the time for anything that you like when you create the event. The settings for Birthdays and All Day Events only give you the choices that you see in this screenshot. So to answer your question, no you cannot change from 9:00 AM for these events unless you choose None and select your own time

If you want to change the default time to None the path is Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Calendars>Default Alert Times>Birthdays or All Day Events.

trouble setting up ipad

I just got my iPad and it was set up for me at the store. Today I went back and exchanged it for different color.

The guy didn't set it up this time but said I would be able to do it. When I try to set it up it says it could not be

activated because the activation server cannot be reached.

Someone please HELP!

Setting up Exchange account on iPad

I use a gmail address and set up an Exchange on my iPhone, it works.

I set it up exactly the same on iPad and nothing shows up in Mail

I deleted the Exchange account and added it again, four times.

I rebooted the phone

I held iPhone up next to iPad to make sure I was doing it the same way

Does it work on iPad?

I'm up to date on both devices.

What am I missing?

Thanks!

My Sharkk keyboard won't connect with my iPad, but it's because the Bluetooth setting on the iPad doesn't show the device. What do I do?

I'm having trouble connecting my iPad to my Sharkk keyboard. The Bluetooth setting is turned on, but the keyboard doesn't show up even though I've followed the online instructions exactly. What do I do to ensure that the Bluetooth really does turn on and the keyboard becomes visible?
