Every single time I enter to itunes i have a problem, the error (-42110). And I can't sync my iPad or iPod, the sync stops in step numbre three. Please help!!

Every single time I enter to itunes i have a problem, the error (-42110). And I can't sync my iPad 4 and iPod 4g, the sync stops in step numbre three. Please help!!

Should I delete and install iTunes again?
