Typically that involves needing a credit card in that country that is registered to a physical address in that country. At the very least, you will need to create an account in Spain. I honestly don't know if you can do that without a credit card.

I redeemed my $15 card but I bought something and it still said that there was $15 left
I bought two apps one was two dollars the other was one dollar then I bought a one roller song after redeeming my $15 iTunes gift card. But then I check back to see how much I have left and it said $15. If it makes a difference, I entered the code with my iPad's camera

I just bought a new computer and authorized it according to instructions, however the new unit does not show up on the authorized devices list and my iPad won't attach. Any thoughts?
I just bought a new computer and authorized it according to instructions. However, it does not show up on the authorized devices list and my iPad won't connect through it. The iPad and the original computer are still listed as the only authorized devices. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

How to transfer music bought on ipad to itunes on computer
I bought a song from itunes on my ipad but it wont transfer to itunes on my computer. All the songs i bought on the computer transfered. I`ve tried syncing but it doesent work.

Some of the full versions of kids games I had bought on my iPhone are only showing up as the lite/free versions on my new ipad. I'm using the same apple ID. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
I just got a new iPad and downloaded previously purchased apps from my iPhone using the same apple ID. Some of the kids games I had paid for are only showing up as the lite/free versions on my iPad. Other paid games that have no free version (e.g. Peppa Pig and Dora) are working normally. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks
