I have a friend who owns both an iPad and an iPod touch both with the same music and synced to the iTunes desktop. However, for some reason, practically all the music from both devices disappeared. Most of the music is bought but some are from CDs put into iTunes. She has tried redownloading her music to her device but it doesn't seem to have worked. Is her account hacked or is there soem sort of glitch in her account?

I'm typing. Stop to proofread. Cursor still at place I stopped. I type, but nothing appears on the screen.
I touch screen to type in what I'd like to see at a website. Page enlarges. I try to tap the search rectangle to type. Nothing happens. I wait. I tap rectangle. Page again enlarges.
What is going on? How do I fix this?

I had my iPod Touch and created an apple id account. When i bought iPad4 i sold the iPod Touch but i used same apple id that was registeredd in my iPod. Will there be no conflict at all with regards to application, photos and updates since I am now using an Ipad? I know that using a similar apple id will also update both gadgets at the same time. Now that the iPod Touch was reset and used by another user name/owner. Does the new owner of Ipod can still access my info? please help, i am worrying of the security and privacy. How can I totally deactivate my iPod account. Thank you.

Anyone faces problem with iPad mini where for example in safari, as if the links were clicked and switched to another page despite no one touching the screen. This applies any time and randomly at any apps as long as the screen is unlocked.
At home page, it could just randomly goes into any one of the app on the page.
Very weird. I took 30 mins to write this on my iPad mini as it keeps switching to another page.
I am using an iPod touch 4th generation, yeah it's old,running iOS 4.3.5. I have not used my iPod touch in a long time because I broke the screen accidentally. Today I got it fixed and when I tied to update my apps, it says something about not being able to connect to apple securely and it asks me to check my date and time. When I try loggin out of the apple id, I could not longer log in back. When I select log in, nothing happens.
I acctually tried using some apple apps and couldn't use Find my IPhone. It says that I am not connected to the Internet when I am sure I am. I did try restarting, but it just makes the apps that are waiting get out of the folder, this was expected...
I tried downloading an updating apps on my new iPad, it works fine.
I can't use FaceTime or anything. I think it is something to do with apple not allowing my iPod touch to connect to their servers as one of the devices bought. Did I leave my iPod touch too idle?
Whenever I go to secured apple website, for example http://discussions.apple.com , my iPod touch says that it does not trust the certificate of this website and asks me if I want to continue to enter or not. I did try googling some of this problems but it looks like it can't be resolved. I want to try to prevent from updating my iPod to iOS 5. I now can't open my apps and transfer all my data. I haven't tried connecting it to a computer yet

New IPAD mini, old IPAD Touch --updated to latest (new for 2013) Itunes store and my devices don't show up -- I've tried on 2 different laptops. Any ideas? The only new thing on both laptops is a new security program - Kasperski -- I can't find any settings that would prevent connecting, and have trouble shooted thru itunes. Haven't tried uninstalling Itunes -- cuz it's on 2 different laptops...any thoughts?
Yesterday i did something that everytime i touch the screen I get this voice giving me directions. I went to settings and then to general then to sounds and I get nowhere. When I go to mail it just says you have so many messagw but i can only open the last one that i read yesterday. The mess all started when I was on my PC and ITunes l had new software to download.

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps.
Which ID and password did you enter?
Are the apps "waiting"?
