Deauthorize ipad

Hi if any one could help please...

I've two issues from having used my iTunes account/ Apple ID on the work iPad...

1) I've bought apps using my private iTunes account for my work iPad, so now... how do I keep these apps on my work iPad and then,

2) how do I deauthorize my work iPad so that it no longer links to or uses my private iTunes account?

Thanks.

Can I deauthorize devices from iTunes using my ipad?

I only have an ipad and iPhone. I DO NOT have access to a computer (stolen).   I am trying to deauthorize iTunes on all my former devices using my ipad.

All  the information I'm finding talks about using your computer to deauthorize. This is not an option for me.

Is there no way to do this via ipad or iPhone??

how do i deauthorize a computer that does not exist anymore?

actually the PC had to be reformated because of virus problems, and erasing some system files by mistake (trying to free up some space). Now i have updated itunes and signed in with my appleID.  The pop-up window says that this is the 3rd computer that i have authorized.  I may have authorized an iPod of a sister-in-law who lives a bit away.  How do i de-authorize that iPod or computer?

Two computers crashed and burned. Couldn't deauthorize either one first. I don't want to deactivate ALL. Can I somehow deactivate just those two?

I have two dead computers that couldn't be deauthorized first.

I don't want to deauthorize ALL.

Is there a way to deauthorize just those two?
