Hi I have an iPad 4 one month ago and the LCD is broken so there is no repairing for it in egypt. I am going to trade line they told me to make trade in I told how much u will pay they told me one thousand pound and we will take it or u will take another one with deduction of one thousand pound I need help this is a very bad deal for me. Is apple even aware of the problem?
Apple does not repair iPads. They will issue a replacement. But a screen does not break on its own. If you caused the damage to the device, you will have to pay for a replacement
