You can call your country number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with Account Security.
You can also go to the ExpressLane at https://expresslane.apple.com/ and then iTunes, iTunes Store, Password and Security Questions and fill out the form.

You have to tell us when it backs up. We don't know what you are using to backup - iTunes or iCloud.
Chances are, if you have to ask, you probably aren't backing up or you would know the answer to your own question. But if you are backing up with iCloud, the iPad should backup when it is locked, connected to WiFi and connected to power. If you use iTunes, the backups occur when you sync with iTunes.
You have to restore the iPad if you forgot the passcode. You can't restore from a backup without unlocking the iPad. So that doesn't apply to your case anyway.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
You may have to force iPad/iPod into Recovery Mode

Unlocking iPad with forgotten passcode

forgotten passcode
Hi, upon backing up and updating my iPad (today), I was asked to set up a PASSCODE, basically to ensure when it starts, I have to enter a code to access my iPad. I noted when putting in the PASSCODE, only 50% of the info was being diplayed, basically not all the numbers and leters were being shown a bullets (as I typed) on the screen (into the small white passcode rectangle block), I just assumed this was a security feature. Not so, when I disconcted the iPad from the Laptop, tuned the iPad on I was aksked for the PASSCODE and duly entered the code I had actually typed. nothing was recognised and after three attaments I was locked out for 1 minutes. I now have no idea what was actually tuyped and how to turn this feature off or get into my Ipad and having re-connected it to my Laptop, there seems to be no obviouse way to find out how either - can anyone help.....
