Import music from ITunes Match

Several months ago I had to reformat my hard drive on my PC.

I lost some music which is still on my iPod touch.

 

I haven't been able to sync my iPod without losing music.

Can I use iTunes match to upload music from my iPod and get it back onto my PC?

 

Is there any other way to get the music from the iPod back onto my PC?

 

Also have music on an iPad which is on PC but not on iPod touch.

 

Will iTunes Match allow me to have access to all music on all devices?

How can I delete a song from iCloud without having iTunes Match?

I do not have iTunes Match. I would like to know how I can delete a song from iCloud. I have several repeats of songs and some are from iCloud. Every time I try to delete it, all it does is "removes" it, and it asks me if I want to hide the song. Due to having several of the same song, I only want to delete it completely from iCloud. Is there any way to delete a song completely from iTunes and iCloud without having iTunes Match?

It is available in the USA -- I use it and have used it since it was introduced last year.

So there's probably some international handoff getting in the way.  My guess is the iPad is not purchased from a store in the U.S., or it has been registered outside the U.S., or some similar thing.

All my songs from from iTunes Match are gone; how can get them back?

I signed up for iTunes Match a couple of days ago, from my PC. All my songs were uploaded to the cloud. I then turned on iTunes Match on my iPad and it was working fine. Today however, when I tap music on my iPad, all my songs are now gone. The only message is: "No Music". How can I get iTunes Match to work again on my iPad?

Order new iPad mini from online store (Thailand). iOS6.0.2

Setup and restore from iCloud (I have used iPad2 & iPod Touch4 from previously with no any problem).

Turn on iTunes Match can not see any music available.

Tried to download from purchased in iTunes app then show "unable to download song "song" could not be downloaded at this time", including video purchased.

Tried to turn off itunes match and sync manually from iTunes (PC window 7), sync completed but not down dowload musics or video to iPad (show in pic below).

Tried to reset & erase all settings then setup again still show same problem.

I have subscribed to itunes match. I understand if I use itunes match on my iphone 5 or iPad all the music I have loaded

will be replaced. Will my playlists be deleted? Or will they remain and fill with the matched songs?
