Movie rentals disappear from IPad when trying to download
This is the second time this has happened now whilst using IOS7 on IPad. Try and rent a movie and it does not appear to download or appears to only partially download. Click on the little cloud icon or the download circle to restart the download and the video simply disappears. Fortunately we have been able to get a refund by using the report a problem option when we get the email receipt.

I'm trying to import "old" photos from my iPad to my MacBook.
I'm trying to import all of the photos from my iPad to my laptop. Although I can clearly see TONS of photos on my iPad, when I plug it into my laptop all that are showing as available for import are two that I already imported and 86 "new" ones.
How can I import other "old" ones?
Not sure how much difference this makes, but my iPad is an older one (first iPad) as is my MacBook, although my MacBook has all of the updates available for it.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)Check your settings. The iPads have a small switch on the right edge. It can be used as a rotation lock to keep the screen from automatically reorienting itself as you move around, but you need to have the tablet’s settings configured properly. That same switch, right above the volume buttons, can also be set to function instead as a mute button to silence certain types of audio.If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. On the Settings screen, tap General on the left side, and on the right side of the screen flick down to “Use Side Switch to.” Tap to select Lock Rotation or Mute to set the button’s function. Even if you set the side switch for your preferred use, you can still mute the Mini or lock the screen. Just double-click the Home button, and when the panel of apps appears along the bottom edge of the screen, flick the row from left to right with your finger. Tap the icon on the far left side of the row to either lock the iPad’s screen or mute the iPad’s alerts, notifications and sound effects. I'm trying to change my password
I'm trying to change my password on a mail account on my ipad2. Once I go to settings,mail,the fetch data icon is dim....not lit up in hard black?
It's the same thing with iCloud icon and FaceTime icon so I cannot access these.
I made this change on my iphone4 with no complications. Both have the same software update. Can someone please help

I've been trying to download and update all of my apps for both my ipad and iphone to my pc via itunes but every app seems to be corrupted.
I had to reinstall my OS to my HP laptop which resulted me in my having to reinstall itunes, while trying to update my app to my iphone 4s and iPad 3rd gen I've found out that while trying to download all of my previously purchased apps from the App Store are corrupted?????? I need help, and can't find any information to tell me what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm about ready to toss both devices out the window.

It tells me to come here when I enter my billing info .... I made a purchase that was not paid for and I'm trying to pay for it now and it won't let me ....
I made a purchase that for some reason wasn't paid for ..... I am now trying to pay for it and it won't let me it tells me to come here... Help please cause I can't download anything until I pay for the app.

I keep getting an unknown error message when trying to buy from iTunes??
See if this helps. Sign out of your ID, restart and sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.

Trying to remove passcode from ipad2.
Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.
