iPad 4th Gen availability in Mumbai (India)?

Hi,

I am planning to buy iPad 4th Gen. Till now the website says that the product would come 'soon'.

Can anyone please tell me when the product is coming in Mumbai?

Also, what will be the price for iPad 4th gen (wifi + cellular)?
