my ipad2 is disable,connect to itune. who can guide me to resolve my problem

You will need to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes, and you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

You should then be able to reset the iPad, and then restore to your last backup or just resync your content to it.
