i did update my ipad but after it finish it ask for a digit passward that i not have ??

With the update to iOS7.0.4 it suggests that you add a passcode to your device, but you should also see a little 'skip' in the upper right corner I think. So while you're encouraged to add the passcode, you can bypass that step.
