My pre-paid album was released today, again I ask why wasn't the amount taken from my iTunes account? No one has answered my question.

You are asking the wrong people. We are not Apple employees. This is a user to user forum, and we know nothing more than you know about your situation - actually we know less that you know.

You need to contact iTunes Store Support.
