It's no longer limited to adult sites as you've just found out.
It can't work effectively on your iPad, no Flash, but it is annoying and potentially a hazard.
Reset the iPad and restore settings and data from your back up.
Don't use plugrush mobile redirects on your site you'll get deindex by google.
