My iPad screen keep flicking from page to page. I have turned it off and on again but it keeps flicking. Any suggestions?

Give this a Try:

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.
