Email reminder red dot will not clear off my iPad and iPhone. Both show 2 emails when there are none. All email have been deleted on both devices. I can not make them go away. Ran the problem by my it tech guy who has helped many times with my email, etc. we do use exchange at the office and I receive and have the issue with my exchange email. My tech guy suggested deleting the exchange account and creating a new one. Any ideas.
