itunes store problem - account disabled - Follow-Up: 247605854

Dear all,

The case is, while I tried to download SIMS application from iTunes Store, I realized that the system charged me twice, and I've contacted my bank which I've got my credit card, and blocked the transaction. By doing this I did not know that will cause to block my iTunes account. I want your help on this topic. I did call the Apple Care, but I cannot get through. 

please help me  burningly...

I understand that your account has been disabled and you would like to have it enabled. I know how upsetting this can be and I apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused you. Rest assured we'll work toward fixing this situation for you.

Pinar, upon checking your account, it appears that the account was disabled due to a chargeback from your financial institution. Please be advised that a chargeback happens when a charge for a specific purchase are being questioned as fraudulent.

Thus being said, I would like to inform you that you need to contact the Account Security team for assistance in reenabling your account. You can get in touch with them through this number:

Dear all, i have encountered a message "your apple id has been disabled" while i tried to download a application. I have searched many solution on the web, and i reset my password for a reason but nothing has been changed and i need your support.
