Dear all,
The case is, while I tried to download SIMS application from iTunes Store, I realized that the system charged me twice, and I've contacted my bank which I've got my credit card, and blocked the transaction. By doing this I did not know that will cause to block my iTunes account. I want your help on this topic. I did call the Apple Care, but I cannot get through.
please help me burningly...

Pinar, upon checking your account, it appears that the account was disabled due to a chargeback from your financial institution. Please be advised that a chargeback happens when a charge for a specific purchase are being questioned as fraudulent.
