iPad is not downloading music, podcast or video, iTunes U

My iPad 2 is failing the download at the end of the download after buying music in the store or downloading from iTunes U. Translated in english it says: "Download failed, it's not possible to download momentarily." But this is always the same, i have music in my iTunes library on my mac and it won't sync. The same for podcasts, video and iTunes U. Books and apps are ok. So I have still an empty Music and Video app since upgrade to iOs 5. I am on the newest iOs 5.0.1 and newest iTunes. My iPhone 4S is ok with syncing and downloading.
