I have set on my imac:-
Enable this account (ticked)
Include when automatically checking for new mail(ticked)
Remove copy from server after receiving message(unticked) This should leave the copy on the server to allow the othe computers to download.
Will try with unticking "enable this account" :- not sure what this actually does but will try
The screen shot shows this unticked.
