imessage using son's phone number on wife's iPad

My wife's ipad is using my son's iphone number for iMessage. I can't seem to change it or log out and re-enter the info.

 

I've tried every suggestion I can find online... is there any fix?  It seems that MY apple id (family uses it) is being linked to my son's iphone.
