I called our local Eserve regarding the 5w adaptor that charge the mini to 90% n then stopped charging
I was told to bring it down n that I will need to return in 3 to 5 working days so that they can shipped the adaptor from US
My question is, since we the customers were given the wrong 5w adaptor instead of 10w adaptor
Can Apple Inc shipped the 10w adaptor without us making 2 trips?
This is really incovenient, I can't be taking 2 off days or time off just to have a wrongly shipped adaptor exchange right?
Really disappointed !
