At work we are staring to have an issue getting iTunes on PC's and on the iPad's to work again. We do use Websense to filter internet traffic and had to add some configuration to the Websense Secure Gateway to tunnel traffic under the filter. That was a couple years ago and after finding the URL's that needed to be tunneled then iTunes loaded the app store correctly on the PC version of iTunes and on the iPad’s. However we are starting to have an issue again. In iTunes 10.6 for Windows the app store pages do not load correctly. They are not formatted right like you would see stuff listed on a webpage that did not load a CSS file to display the layout. Also it will do this on the iPad running iOS 6.0. If I update iTunes on a Windows system from the version 10.6.0.40 that had to version 11.0.2.26 the pages in the app store do not load at all (I only get a blank white page in the store). Also a few users have updated their iPad to iOS 6.1.3 and they also get just a blank white page on the iPad’s that have been updated. So I take it that Apple has made some changes between these versions, can anyone let me know what changes may have been made so I can figure out what changes I may need to make? Did they change the URL's that the new version use? Did they change some SSL/TLS configuration? If I run the Diagnostics in iTunes on my Windows PC I do get this at the end.
