Having a hard time deleting some mail from junk! Every time I delete it returns to the junk mail instantly! Won't go away! What's up with that

Having a hard time deleting two junk mail messages!  I press edit , I check the message, I try to delete and a screen message appears telling me the message cannot be removed!  Not sure what to do here!  Please advise?
